A Normal Day At The Office (According To IT)

Meet the Cast of "A Normal Day at the Office (According to IT)"

At BridgePoint Technologies, we spend our days solving technology problems for businesses. Along the way, we've seen just about everything imaginable—from printers that mysteriously stop working, to laptops stuck in airplane mode, to browsers running dozens of tabs at once.

While the situations in this video are exaggerated for comedic effect, they're inspired by real technology issues our team encounters every day.

We wanted to create something different from the typical corporate video. Instead of talking about technology, we decided to show what technology frustrations can feel like from the perspective of employees, managers, and IT professionals.

The result is "A Normal Day at the Office (According to IT)," a lighthearted look at the chaos that can happen when technology doesn't cooperate—and the relief that comes when the right IT team is there to help.

The Idea Behind the Video

Technology should help businesses operate more efficiently, not create frustration and downtime.

Many organizations spend hours troubleshooting issues that could be resolved in minutes with the right support. Our goal was to capture those relatable workplace moments that make employees laugh, cringe, and say:

"Yep, I've seen that happen before."

Whether it's the employee refreshing their screen for the twentieth time, the self-proclaimed office tech expert with 46 browser tabs open, or the manager trying to keep everything together, every character represents a situation we've encountered in real life.

And, of course, every office has that one IT person who walks in, takes one look around, and somehow fixes everything in thirty seconds.
